This Privacy Policy explains how Wechsy (“Wechsy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects
information when you use the Wechsy mobile application and any related services (the “Service”).
2) Who this applies to
The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3) Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support: content of messages you send to us (and attachments you choose to provide).
- Wardrobe and outfit content: item details (brand, color, price), tags, notes, and outfit logs you choose to store.
3.2 Photos and media
- No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not identify you or create biometric templates from photos.
- Not for training/marketing: we do not use your photos for advertising profiles and do not sell your photos.
- Storage defaults: by default, photos and wardrobe data are stored locally on your device unless you choose an optional upload feature.
3.3 AI-assisted features (optional)
AI-assisted features run only when you actively choose to upload content or request generation. You control whether to upload images or text and whether to generate content.
- Processing location: uploaded images or text are processed on servers controlled by Wechsy Team.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share that content with any third party for AI inference or processing.
- Deletion after processing: uploaded content used for a request is deleted promptly after processing completes (typically immediately), unless you choose to save results.
3.4 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, OS version, language, time zone, and app version.
- Usage data: interactions and feature usage statistics.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error reports.
- Location: approximate or precise location only if you grant permission.
3.5 Cookies and similar technologies (web-based components, if any)
- Used for login/session state and preferences; may include web beacons.
- You can control cookies via device/browser settings (some features may not work if disabled).
4) How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Personalize your experience and show insights/statistics.
- Improve reliability, analytics, and features.
- Security, abuse prevention, and enforcement of terms.
- Customer support.
- Legal compliance and protection of rights.
We do not sell personal information.
5) How we share information
- With your consent or at your direction (e.g., export/share features you choose).
- Service providers acting as processors (minimal necessary, under contractual protections).
- Legal and safety requests where required or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition), subject to safeguards.
We do not share your uploaded images or text for AI-assisted processing with third-party AI providers.
6) International transfers
We may process/store information in other countries and use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as SCCs or equivalent measures) where required.
7) Security
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege policies.
- Regular auditing and monitoring.
- Backups and recovery procedures.
8) Retention
- Account data: while your account is active.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (unless legally required).
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months (aggregated/pseudonymous where possible).
- Support: up to 6 months after closure.
- AI uploads: deleted promptly after processing (typically immediately), unless you save results.
9) Your rights

10) Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Service or by other appropriate means. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
